My name is David Dudiak, Coordinator of Instructional Programs and Special Projects - Director of the Language Assistance Program (LAP), also referred to as the ESL/Bilingual Programs for Cook County School District No. 104. This office undertakes many projects which not only benefit the students and staff, but also the community.

This office is combined with the ESL/Bilingual Office also referred to as LAP or Language Assistance Program. Our office
includes Mr. Jon Baricovich, the LAP Manager and Mrs. Carmen Contreras, who is the the office and program secretary. Both Mr. Baricovich and Mrs. Contreras speak Spanish and translate documents and letters that are often sent home.

The following are just some of the tasks that we perform:
* Curriculum - committees, curriculum guides, textbook adoptions
* District Curriculum Council (DCC)
* District Newsletter - sent out three times a year
* Student and Parent Agendas
* Handbooks - Parent/Student, Kindergarten
* Graphic Brochures
