There are several ways to start a new mail message.
You can click on the File menu and choose New, then Mail.
Another way to start a new message is to click on the new mail button.
Either of these actions will bring up the new message window.
The From field should already have your name in it.
If you are sending the message to someone in the district, there are a couple of ways
to designate the recipient.
There are several tabs for addresses in your address book. They are called: Novell Groupwise Address Book, Frequent Contacts, and [your name].
The Novell Groupwise Address Book tab will have the names of everyeone in
the district who has an e-mail account.
To choose your recipeint from the list, you can scroll through it until you find the
person, then double-click on their name and click OK.
Once you have chosen a recipient, you are ready to type in a subject of your message and then the message itself.
Once you have typed in your message, all that is left to do is to click the Send button.
