Currently Heritage Middle school Athletics/Activities are on Hold. On December 29th an official announcement from the Governor's Office was sent to the IESA. The announcement stated that the state of Illinois would stay in Tier 3 mitigations. As a result, all school activities remain "paused" and no in-person practices or interscholastic contests may be held. Boys basketball practice which was scheduled to begin January 4 has been canceled. Girls volleyball in-person practice on January 11th has also been canceled. Virtual Volleyball practice will take place starting next week. All Girls who are interested in participating should check their email and student newsletter for virtual practice link from coach Mischler and Coach Guenther.
