Due to the outbreak of measles within the US, the SD 104 nursing team would like to take this time to bring to your attention the importance of vaccinations against measles. Although our district is 99% protected, please understand about 90% of people who are not immune to measles (either through vaccination or previous infection) become infected if exposed to the virus. To protect our students and our community, we ask that you take a look at the information attached. Nominate them for School District 104's Wall of Fame! 🤩 Each year the Wall of Fame Committee will choose up to 5 recipients for the School District 104 Wall of Fame. Nominees for the 2024-2025 Wall of Fame must be graduates of HMS, Graves Junior High, or School District 104 before 2017. You can fill out an electronic form or send in a paper form.
