Do you know someone who has graduated from School District 104 and has done amazing things within their profession and the community? Nominate them for School District 104's Wall of Fame! 🤩
Each year the Wall of Fame Committee will choose up to 5 recipients for the School District 104 Wall of Fame. Nominees for the 2024-2025 Wall of Fame must be graduates of HMS, Graves Junior High, or School District 104 before 2017.

Congratulations Mr. Eduardo Estrada!
It is with great excitement that we announce Mr. Eduardo Estrada as the recipient of this year’s Lions Club Teacher of the Year Award!
Mr. Estrada regularly and consistently goes above and beyond expectations when servicing our emerging bilingual students. For over a decade, Mr. Estrada has parallel-taught with general-education teachers across all curriculums, ensuring that our emerging bilingual students have access to learning.
As Mr. Estrada is always looking for ways to combat language barriers to learning, he initiated the use of a “Tour Guide System” for himself and his students. Ultimately, he and his students are connected by a microphone and headphones so that he can actively translate what the general education teacher is teaching to his students in live time.
This addition allows our students to learn alongside their peers. Mr. Estrada consistently translates materials for our staff and students and takes the lead on ACCESS testing for our students at HMS. He is an absolute value added to our school community.
Please join us in congratulating Mr. Eduardo Estrada on this well-deserved honor. We are grateful to have him in our district as he continually inspires and helps our students grow on their academic path!
