CALLING ALL HMS ATHLETES FOR THE ARGO HOMECOMING PARADE from HMS AD Robert Tucker:
Good morning!
The Argo Homecoming Parade is this Saturday and steps off at 9:00 a.m. HMS Athletics will be participating, and I am inviting any athletes who want to participate to join me! All athletes can wear their team. I will be handing out permission slips today and tomorrow. Anyone who would like to participate must have a signed permission slip. Athletes can wear their team jersey or HMS spirit wear. The details are as follows.
8:00 AM - Lineups start at Summit Park (we are #40 and will have the HMS bus for participants to store their things)
9:00 AM - The parade Starts at 9:00 AM, the parade route is south on Archer Road, east on 63rd Street and ending at Argo HS.
10:30 AM—The Parade ends, and pickup will be at Argo HS. Once I hear back from Argo HS, I will have a specific pickup location.

September 11, 2001, is a day that many Americans will never forget. In the face of unthinkable dangers, our military, first responders, police officers, and everyday Americans made the ultimate sacrifice. Today, we honor them and their bravery. Thank you to all who have served and are currently serving, and lets remember those we have lost on that tragic day.
El 11 de septiembre de 2001 es un día que muchos estadounidenses nunca olvidarán. Ante peligros impensables, nuestros militares, los socorristas, los agentes de policía y los estadounidenses comunes y corrientes hicieron el máximo sacrificio. Hoy los honramos a ellos y a su valentía. Gracias a todos los que han servido y están sirviendo actualmente, y recordemos a aquellos que hemos perdido en ese trágico día.
