8th graders in Ms. Puhr and Ms. Christerson’s Science classes had a blast building and testing electromagnets this week!
Phones and internet are now on and working at Graves and HMS.
Graves and HMS recently experienced a power outage for about an hour. Lights are back on, but internet and phones are still down.
HMS parents make sure to sign up for the virtual parents teacher conferences on November 22.

Congratulations to 7th Grader Yuliana Vargas on an incredible performance this past Saturday at the ILMEA District 1 Junior High Festival at Lincoln-Way Central High School! Yuliana spent the day rehearsing with 115 other middle school students and concluded the day with a wonderful concert for their families later that afternoon.
Being selected to this group requires lots of extra work and dedication to her craft. Yuliana accepted the challenge and has seen the rewards that come from that commitment to excellence.
Yuliana, thank you for making the entire District 104 community proud!
