Around 12:45 PM today we were informed that there were shots fired near Argo HS. As a precaution we placed the summer school program into soft lockdown mode. Students were kept inside the building but were allowed to move about the building.
We were notified at 12:56 PM that the area was secure, and the soft lockdown was lifted.
